Yes, we recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance, especially during peak season. This ensures availability and allows us to prepare everything for your trip. However, we also accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.
The price typically includes boat transfer, guide services, and basic equipment (varies by tour). Lunch is included for full-day island tours. Please check the specific tour details for a complete list of what's included and not included.
Absolutely! Most of our tours are family-friendly. Children of all ages are welcome. Glass-bottom boat tours are particularly great for families with young children. Please let us know the ages of children when booking so we can ensure appropriate safety measures.
Yes, you can bring your own drinks and snacks. However, please note that some tours include lunch, and we also have refreshments available for purchase. For overnight camping, we provide meals, but you're welcome to bring additional snacks.
We depart from the Slipway and Coco Beach area in Dar es Salaam. The exact departure point will be confirmed when you book. We can also arrange pickup from hotels in the city center area.
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your trip at no extra cost or provide a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you in advance if there are any concerns.
For most tours, basic swimming skills are helpful but not always required. Glass-bottom boat tours don't require swimming. For snorkeling tours, life jackets are provided and our guides are trained to assist non-swimmers. Please inform us of your swimming ability when booking.
Essential items include: sunscreen, hat, swimwear, towel, camera, and comfortable clothing. For overnight camping, bring warm clothing and a flashlight. Specific recommendations are provided for each tour type.

Currently, we accept cash payments (Tanzanian Shillings or USD) and mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa). Payment is typically made on the day of the trip or as arranged. We do not currently accept online payments, but we're working on adding this option.
